- 1 cup rolled or quick oats
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- optional 3-4 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- optional 1/8 tsp salt
If baking the banana cookies, preheat the oven to 350 F. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, and optional salt to form a dough. Refrigerate until firm enough to scoop out with a spoon or cookie scoop.
