- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (dairy free if desired)
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or additional cinnamon)
- pinch of salt
- sweetener of choice to taste
