Peanut Butter Oatmeal

This quick and easy peanut butter oatmeal recipe is a delicious healthy breakfast for peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 - 3 tbsp peanut butter or powdered peanut butter
  • sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • optional 1 ripe banana

Instructions

  • To make the peanut butter oatmeal, combine all ingredients except the vanilla extract in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat to low or low-medium and stir until thick. Turn off the heat, stir in the vanilla, and serve with toppings of choice. If you prefer, the recipe can also be made in the microwave. Enjoy leftovers hot or cold.
