Last week, sweetie Carrie asked me why I was starting so early with the Valentine’s Day recipes. The truth, Carrie, is that I should’ve started even earlier! No way am I going to be able to post all the Valentine-themed recipes I’d planned to get up before February 14th: Brownie Batter Pudding, Skinny Fudge Babies, Secret Tomato Sauce, Cashew-Chocolate Cups, 2-Ingredient Truffles, and Raspberry-Marzipan Muffins (which’ll be tomorrow’s post, I think).
Oh, and Chocolate-Raspberry Fudge Cake.
This might just be the BEST recipe I’ve ever created.
It’s an unworldly-delicious variation of my Raw Chocolate Fudge Cake.
I just need to come up with words worthy of describing it… plus I can’t seem to figure out how to get a photo of the stuff before it mysteriously disappears! 😕
