Coconut Cookie Balls: Nutrition Information

This recipe will make around 105 grams total, and serving size obviously depends on what size balls you roll (or what size shapes or bars you make). The following calculations are based on nine 12-gram balls.

Nutritional Info:

  • Calories: 35
  • Fat: 1 g
  • Carbs: 7 g
  • Protein: less than 1g
  • Fiber: less than 1g
  • ww points (new system): 1 point

Or you can make Larabar-sized bars for 165 calories each. 🙂

Substitution notes: I’ve only tried this recipe as written, so I can’t vouch for the taste if you substitute raisins or prunes or figs for the dates… but I’d love to hear the results if you do experiment with one of these substitutions. If you can’t find coconut butter, I have many similar “ball” recipes that don’t contain coconut butter, so you’d probably be better off trying one of those.
