For an option also lower in fat, try any of these lower-calorie flavors.
(But also remember that this pb baked oatmeal recipe provides good fats, which are essential for a healthy diet. The fat in this recipe is not to be feared!)
Substitution Notes: I haven’t tried this recipe with steel-cut or quick oats, so I don’t know if they can be subbed. Any nut butter can be subbed for the peanut butter (Or use Sunbutter or Pea Butter to keep it allergy-friendly.) I don’t see why carob powder can’t be subbed for the cocoa powder.
