The spaghetti os recipe will be even higher in fiber than the amount listed if you use a whole grain pasta. (The only reason I didn’t use whole wheat pasta was because I couldn’t find whole wheat anelli pasta, and I wanted that shape for the most authentic-looking SpaghettiOs). If using Red Star nutritional yeast, this recipe will also be a good source of Vitamin B12. Nutrition information is for one bowl, or 1/4 of the entire recipe.
