These cookies can be gluten-free (use gf oats), sugar-free (use sugar-free chocolate chips), soy-free, peanut-free, egg-free, and dairy-free. If you’re allergic to tree nuts, you can substitute sunflower butter, or you can try subbing coconut butter – I haven’t personally tried coconut butter in these but would love to hear how it goes if you experiment!
