Weight Watchers SmartPoints: 3 points each, based on cookies made with full-fat shredded unsweetened coconut, spelt flour, cashewmilk, and pure maple syrup (nutrition facts will be the same with honey or agave).
*I did also test the recipe with reduced-fat shredded coconut as opposed to regular. The cookies were much drier but did hold their shape. I’ve not tried using sweetened shredded coconut in the recipe.
