Nutrition facts are for each of 12 muffins, made with regular sugar. The numbers above are for the applesauce version, and the chart below shows the full-fat version. I recommend using the oil or nut butter if you can, because I think it makes the texture and taste so much better (although if you’re used to the denser texture of fat-free baked goods, you will probably be fine with either version!).
