Just as with real French fries, it’s difficult to know a specific serving size for these—it’ll completely depend on your personal preference, as well as whether you’re eating the fries as a snack or as part of a meal. But since I needed to set a serving size for the nutritional info, I went with how many servings it says are in a package of tofu: 4.5.
- Calories: 60
- Fat grams: 6
- Carb grams: 4
- Protein grams: 11
- Fiber grams: 2
- Sugar grams: 0
- Cholesterol: 0 mg
- ww points: 2.5 (new system)
These fries are also high in Calcium, Iron Maganese, and Selenium. For the calcium bonus, look for a brand with “calcium sulfate” in the ingredients. All of the ones I saw did have this.
Substitution Notes:
I just know people are going to ask what can be subbed for the tofu! (See how well I know you??) In this case, you’ll probably be better off with a completely different recipe.
