- 1 cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt (yogurt alternatives are also above)
*You can buy self rising flour, or make your own self rising flour by combining 1 cup spelt or all purpose flour or gluten free all purpose flour with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.To make 2 ingredient bagels, the first step is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Stir the self rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Stir in any optional ingredients as well. If the dough is too sticky, slowly add a little more flour. Knead the dough with your hands, and form a large ball. Then break off smaller pieces and shape into bagels. (See the step by step video above if you are a visual learner.) Place on the baking sheet.
