- 6 oz vanilla yogurt (dairy free or sugar free if desired)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
- sweetener of choice to taste
Add everything to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve, and enjoy. If you have a high speed blender (like a Vitamix) and want to make an even thicker smoothie, freeze the milk in an ice cube tray ahead of time.
