- 1 3/4 cup almond meal or almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder or additional regular
- 1/2 cup xylitol or granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt, dairy free if desired
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs or flax eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- optional chocolate chips or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan, and line the bottom with parchment paper so the loaf will easily pop out after baking. Combine all ingredients to form a batter, spread into the pan, and sprinkle optional chocolate chips on top. Bake 55 minutes on the center rack. Let cool completely before going around the sides of the pan with a knife and popping the loaf out. Once cooled, slice and enjoy. Storage tips are included above.View Nutrition Facts
