- 6 tbsp coconut flour (40g)
- 1 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/16 tsp salt
- sweetener of choice
- keto oatmeal toppings as desired
To make keto oatmeal, stir all ingredients together. It will seem thin at first. Keep stirring until the coconut flour absorbs all of the liquid. Add toppings to the keto breakfast recipe like you would to oatmeal or a similar breakfast porridge.
