This easy keto donuts recipe is light, fluffy, and deliciously cakey, with just 5 ingredients and no sugar added!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered sweetener of choice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • optional toppings (see above)

Instructions

  • *The recipe yields six small donuts. Feel free to double or triple all ingredients for a larger yield. If you want air fryer donuts, see instructions above.
    To make keto donuts, first preheat the oven to 350 F. If using an optional mini donut pan, grease it well. Stir dry ingredients in a large bowl, then stir in the yogurt. Only if your batter is too wet or too dry, slowly add more flour or yogurt as needed. Form donut holes or shapes with your hands, or press the dough into the donut pan. Bake 10 minutes, then remove and let cool. Add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
