Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (dairy free if desired)
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or additional cinnamon)
  • pinch of salt
  • sugar or sweetener of choice to taste
  • 1 optional frozen banana

Instructions

  • To make a pumpkin smoothie, add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a glass, mason jar, or bowl. Add whipped cream or other toppings if desired, and enjoy.
