- 2 chopped avocados
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 4 tbsp cilantro (omit if desired)
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/8 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste, if desired
- optional 1/2 cup black beans or diced cucumber
