This healthy avocado salad recipe is one of the easiest recipes you will ever make.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup each: diced onion and tomato
  • 3-4 tbsp cilantro (omit if desired)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/8 tsp salt, and black pepper to taste if desired
  • optional 1/2 cup black beans or diced cucumber

Instructions

  • To make the avocado salad, simply combine everything in a large bowl, and serve. It's really that easy!
