- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup each: diced onion and tomato
- 3-4 tbsp cilantro (omit if desired)
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/8 tsp salt, and black pepper to taste if desired
- optional 1/2 cup black beans or diced cucumber
