Ingredients

  • 2 chopped avocados
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 4 tbsp cilantro (omit if desired)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste, if desired
  • optional 1/2 cup black beans or diced cucumber

Instructions

  • To make a healthy avocado salad recipe at home, simply combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, and serve cold. It is really that easy. Refrigerate leftovers, and store in a covered container for up to four days.
