- 13.5 oz canned coconut milk (400g)
- 2 cups diced strawberries (240g)
- 1/3 cup sugar or pure maple syrup, or xylitol for sugar free (67g)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
*If you prefer to use an ice cream maker, see above for those instructions.To make the vegan strawberry ice cream recipe without an ice cream machine, stir all ingredients together, reserving a small handful of the diced strawberries. Pour the mixture into ice cube molds, and free. Once frozen, thaw enough for a food processor or blender to easily process. Blend until smooth and creamy.
