How do they compare to Cinnabon?
To compare, even a mini Cinnabon (Minibon) contains 350 calories, 15g fat (7g of which are saturated), 1 gram of fiber, 25mg cholesterol, and 23g of added sugar. Their website doesn’t even list ingredients, and you have to actually email the company to find out. Below is the ingredient list for a Minibon… it’s quite extensive!
