Simply leave one comment at the bottom of this post for every copy of the book you’ve ordered. These comments will serve as your entries –  the winner will only need to show proof of purchase once the giveaway ends. Previous preorders count too!

    Congrats, Katie! Just pre-ordered today. This gives me a good excuse as a regular blog reader to say thank you for all of your terrific recipes and putting your heart and soul into this blog! I’m not vegan, though I like to cook that way a lot of the time, and you’ve really given me the courage as a non-cook to get comfortable with making some tasty dishes. I’m not vegan, though I like to cook that way a lot of the time, and you’ve really given me the courage as a non-cook to get comfortable with making some tasty dishes. Bread-free stuffing, pumpkin bread in a bowl, roasted cauliflower, and carrot cake milkshakes are among the recipes now in my regular repertoire!

    I ordered as soon as I saw the availability to pre-order. Hope the next 3 weeks go quickly. Any chance a kindle version will be available? It is really handy to be able to bring my tablet to the kitchen and use that instead of having to find the correct cookbook and bring that to the kitchen.

    I love the German Chocolate Fudgies and I make a version of Macadamia-Date Fudgies which are a close second. I also am perfecting a Praline Fudgie…but it’s been difficult w/o proper equipment…. I’ve got my fingers crossed!
