Chocolate-Covered Meal of the Day:
Pasta was on the menu tonight, which made for one happy CCV. It’s always a good night when pasta’s around, don’tcha think?
I sauteed red peppers and brussel sprouts with a bunch of spices (garlic being the numero uno– stay away from me tonight!). Then I mixed it all up with some whole-wheat spaghetti, letting the flavor from the veggies coat the pasta and act like a sauce. The verdict? A simple, yet yumlicious, din-din. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I also had a coconut date roll. I flattened it a bit, then “baked” it in the microwave for a few seconds until it was a bit crispy– like a crispy coconut cookie. Yumlicious indeed

and Love Actually has to be one of the greatest movies ever, I always watch it around Christmas-time with like 8 of my best girlfriends and we just sit around and be sappy with it. haha 
Ooh, I think you just changed my mind about dinner. I’m going to make pasta! I have leftover brocolli, but I think that will be as good as brussel sprouts.

I LOVE Love, Actually! My favorite scene is the one with the cue cards. It gets me every time. Oh, and when Hugh Grant sings a carol for the little girls and they do the running man dance to it! Oh, and when Collin Firth proposes to Aurelia. Ok, I’ll stop now, but I really do love that movie!
