I keep seeing all these delicious recipes everywhere for decadent trifles with chocolate and peanut butter. I think you should come up with the healthy trifle recipe. It seems like it could easily be done with a combo of your existing recipes.

ok….so I tried to make the fudge babies. My bullet couldn’t handle it so I added a little coconut milk. It still couldn’t blend it so I had to add more. Eventually it turned into something between thick frosting &/or pudding. The taste was out of this world good. It tasted better than any chocolate pudding I have ever had … or frosting for that matter. Probably need better machinery to make the babbies but I was happy with what I got. Thank you for all the great recipes!

    1. If you can find Sunmaid dates, my bullet can actually handle those! (Just do a very small batch)

I once broke my blender trying to make fudge babies… so I just mash it all up with my hands! It works wonderfully. :)

Katie… do you think that recipes like the cookie dough dip would still work without using a vitamix?

    1. Please DON’T use a vita for the cookie dough dip. It needs to be a good food processor, not a blender ;).

So, I actually ended up using a fork! (as I don’t own a food processor… In Europe, people rather have a little hand mixer than an expensive high quality food processor. But however, you do need a little patience, but it works! Thanks for that recipe!

Hi Katie! Just wanted to let you know that I LOVE all of your cookie dip recipes. They’ve really been an awesome “fix” for my sweet tooth while avoiding “unclean” products and ingredients. I have a request/suggestion: carrot cake batter dip! I adore carrot cake and would love to see you give your treatment to the dish!

Also, have you ever thought of doing an update to cannoli? Maybe taking a (vegan) wonton wrapper, baking it in the shape of the traditional cannoli and then filling it with cookie dough dip or something similar? I bet that would work…

Anyways I love your blog! Thanks so much for sharing your brilliant recipes with us!

    1. I have definitely thought about it! It’s on my to-do list :).
