My name is Heather and I discovered your blog about a week and a half ago. Since then, I have been reading your posts and admire your consistency and creativity. I have tried some of your recipes and will be trying more in the near future. I have been a vegetarian for the past two years and am slowly but surely adopting the vegan diet. With help from your blog/recipes, my transition is going deliciously, so thank you! Thus far, my favorite recipe is your Barney Butter and Brownie Batter.
