My name is Heather and I discovered your blog about a week and a half ago. Since then, I have been reading your posts and admire your consistency and creativity. I have tried some of your recipes and will be trying more in the near future. I have been a vegetarian for the past two years and am slowly but surely adopting the vegan diet. With help from your blog/recipes, my transition is going deliciously, so thank you! Thus far, my favorite recipe is your Barney Butter and Brownie Batter. something about me is: i am currently sitting in a hotel room in Kentucky wishing they had some vegan food nearby. For lunch i had to pay $10 for a sandwich that couldn’t have cost more than 75 cents to make (especially after all the stuff i had to ask them to leave off to make it vegan). Spiralize me, Katie!

I would love to be entered! I have had spiralized goods tempting me for a few years now and just haven’t gotten around to getting myself one (mostly because I would probably have to order it from somewhere) but they look like such a fantastic tool!
