Notes: Above bread pudding nutrition facts are based on a recipe made with whole-grain Ezekiel bread. The cookbook states the yield as being 13 1/2-cup servings, although we ate it in fewer than that, so feel free to eat multiple servings. If calculating the recipe for yourself (as I know many of you do), be sure to use and specify “vegan chocolate chips” if you want the results to show no cholesterol.
