how many carbs?
Linnie says
Sue, I figured out the WW+ points using 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour, 1 T and 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 cup skim milk using the WW Recipe Builder. Total = 9 points+. If you add the 1 T oil, it increases to 12 points+. Using the 1 T oil, that works out to be 2 points+ per pancake. Now knowing the points, it is my opinion the entire recipe is too large for just one serving. Three pancakes would be a more reasonable serving size. Remember any syrup or butter will increase the point amount.

This recipe sounds good but for nutrition we must have the sugar and carb counts. I am a diabetic who will be leaving your website without these necessary numbers

I’m also a diabetic who could use the carb and sugar numbers. I appreciate that you are now providing them on recipes, but when a pre-2012 recipe gets this many requests, it would seem like a good idea to update the info.

the calorie and fat listed don’t seem right- did you not include the oil in the nutrition facts?
