These chocolate chip sugar free cookies will quickly become your new favorite homemade cookie recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour (240g) (or make nut free Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies)
  • 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips (55g) (see above for brand options)
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or powdered xylitol (35g) (or stevia to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil, melted (48g)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5g)
  • 2 tbsp water (30g)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, stir dry ingredients well. Then add wet and stir to achieve a cookie dough texture.
  • 3. Form balls or cookie shapes. (They do not flatten on their own during baking.)
  • 4. Place on a nonstick or greased cookie tray.
  • 5. Bake 12 minutes on the oven's center rack, then let fully cool before handling.
