OMG Katie I love you! This is the greatest giveaway ever!!! I’ve been dying to try coconut butter but haven’t been able to justify the price. I do buy coconut oil when I find it on sale and love it and always have to budget for the other nut butters when I can (I’m the biggest coupon clipper/ deal searcher/ aka nerd lol). But I need my nut butters!

I think it certainly could stand some modification, and maybe some almond milk instead of the broth, but it was a tasty way to get a lot of greens in!
two cups of broccoli, two ribs of celery and four garlic cloves, boiled (but I think roasted would have been the best way to go!)

1 cup of veggie broth, 1 laughing cow cheese wedge, pepper, a little salt and texas pete. mmm
I have made so many more of your recipes since the fudge babies and the banana brulee … today was blended oats. DELICIOUS!! I added protein powder, raisins and cinnamon – to die for. Even my two year old gobbled it up!! Does that count for 6 more entries?
