Although my sister and I are both grown up, my mom still loves to make us Easter baskets like she did when we were little girls. And hey, I’m not going to complain about that!

This year’s Easter basket contained nail polish, 2 stuffed animals, veggie soup mix (my mom is a funny lady), bunny socks, a chick pin, 2 lollipops, money, and duck soap-on-a-rope (my sister got bunny soap-on-a-rope. I told you my mom’s a funny lady!)

TRUFFLES! I of course would like EVERYTHING because I loooooove chocolate, but truffles are my number one. Plain vegan chocolate truffles seem very hard to come by – usually they have weird flavors which I’m sure a delicious but my true love is the classic chocolate truffle.

Ok ok, I guess the cocoa powder would be my #1 choice because I assume it’s close to cocoa nibs, which I’m dying to try! Second would be the UliMana cocoa truffles because they look sooo delish.
