I’m dedicating this pumpkin card to my sweet pumpkin-addicted friend, Jenny:

Pumpkin-Finding Tip:
The Libby’s pumpkin has been a bit hard to find lately, due to a poor pumpkin crop this year. But apparently the poor conditions did not affect organic pumpkin farms. If your store is out of Libby’s or generic canned pumpkin, make sure to look in the organic section before you give up! Or try a natural-food store. And if all else fails, you can buy a real pumpkin and cook your own.
Happy Friday!

Yes tell your friend her photo IS gorgeous!
Total pumpkin addict here–I love adding it to smoothies and oats, or to mix it with wheat germ & PB as a toast topper.
I go through pumpkin phases. Hasn’t really hit me much this year, but I do have a can in my cabinet. Actually bought it for the pups b/c I give them spoonfuls whenever we switch dog foods since it’s helps with their digestion. Hmm, maybe I’ll eat it instead. Sorry pups. 😉
i am a true pumpkin addict but have no intentions of 12 stepping it anytime sooN!
I am more of a sweet potato kind of a girl when it comes to ‘autumnal’ beta carotene sources. But I don’t complain about pumpkinytreats. 🙂
That pumpkin concoction looks really good! I have to admit, I had kind of relegated pumpkin to pies until the past year or so – now I use it in all kinds of things and I wonder how I went so long without incorporating this into everything!
I bought 2 huge pumpkins this winter and froze the puree, and have been enjoying it especially with the shortage…but now I’m out!! I looked in 3 different stores today!!! nada! I don’t know what to do, I eat it every day! I wonder if you can order it online haha
I love the flavor of pumpkin! Too bad it’s not fall…Oh well! 😀

I love Jenny, pumpkin, and you for this post and those pumpkin patch pics!
I really like pumpkin pita pizzas. 🙂
Uh oh, Katie, are you getting naughty Pings? That sounds weird in and of itself…
I love that card, too.
I love pumpkin!! Although I tend to only eat it in the fall
I love pumpkin pie, but I have yet to be *more* adventurous with pumpkins….pumpkin spice bread is good too 😉 and muffins…oh oh…
I adore pumpkins, squashes, everything like that. But, they’re out of season now, so I have to wait a few months 🙁 And that makes me sad, I need my beta-carotene :))
Jenny’s photos look so amazing. I love her blog!!! 😀
I love pumpkin. I make pumpkin cookies and pumpkin muffins and they are the two most popular items in my bakery. Unfortunately Saudi and Bahrain have not had ANY pumpkin in stock for the past 4 months or so. Excuse me while I go cry…
Let’s just say, I eat it every day and almost had a heart attack the other night when I realized I was all out!
