Hello Katie, why do you post non vegan recipes? I am a bit sad 🙁 what are your reasons?
Jason Sanford says
Hi Carina, Katie’s recipe format hasn’t changed. From the very beginning of her blog, she always listed ingredients in the format of “milk of choice,” “yogurt of choice,” or using generic terms for ingredients such as cream cheese, butter, etc. This is because there are a ton of different brands available, and she doesn’t want to recommend one specific product or brand (i.e. “tofutti cream cheese” or “almond milk yogurt”). But Katie has been vegan for over a decade, and all of her recipes are vegan-friendly as always.

I am happy to hear that! Thanks for your answer!

I wasn’t a fan of the finished product with the cream cheese and everything. But I LOVED the chocolate keto cookie by itself. They’re unexpectedly fudgy and delicious! Way more delicious than I could have imagined from the ingredient list alone and I’ll be making them again and again (already made them three times, twice alone and once to make the cheesecake fat bomb here).

Are you the guy who loved her cake shake?

Hi. Within the photo, are these keto chocolate cookies placed in between the frozen Oreo Fat Bomb mixtures? Thank you!
Jason Sanford says
Bake the cookies, then crumble them and combine with the oil, then press the crumbs into the bottoms of the liners. Then add the filling on top 🙂

I do not have enough cream cheese- can I use some Greek yoghurt too to make up the full quantity?
