I’m ready to make them all!
As far as one that’s missing: I really like milky way bars. 🙂 Have a great day!
Request: fudge without any coconut!
+1 to this request. I am allergic to coconut and am so sad when I see all the healthy fudge recipes online with coconut.
Haha, I came here today to hopefully find a couple of candy recipes for Halloween…this is great, and such perfect timing! They all look so fun to make! Thanks Katie! 🙂
Now, that’s candy I’d get back into trick-or-treating for! Thank you, Katie!
I agree with Rachel, though: I’d love to see Milky Way. And nougat, so I can make healthy 3 Muskateers!
P.S. On a different topic: yesterday, my roommate was going to go down to our college cafeteria for a brownie, so I offered to make her some of your Chocolate Zucchini Brownies. She tasted one, exclaimed with astonishment that they were amazing 3 times, that I was amazing, hugged me, and said she couldn’t believe she could eat chocolate and be healthy!!! And our other roommate could not get her head around that concept! “They’re healthy? They look like chocolate. But they’re healthy? Really? But they’re chocolate? Weird.”
All thanks to you, Katie! Thank you bunches, girl!!
Wow these all look delicious! Gorgeous photos, too =)
I can’t wait to make these!! My request to add to the list would be KitKat bars.
Oh my goodness! We love a healthy food hack. Those Reeses peanut butter eggs and that vegan candy corn… dayyumm!!! 😀

I am extremely envious of how much time and effort you put into making these photos look like perfection. I could never do such a tedious task! Maybe I need to spend one day with you.
I really miss caramel apples since I gave up dairy products. Is there a way to make caramel without it?
This one is really good with apples dipped in it: https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2013/10/25/caramel-yogurt-dip/
You always make the BEST chocolate treats! Thanks for all the effort you put into your passion! You are changing the world one post at a time. 🙂
Such a helpful post:) Can’t wait to try these!
My request is Heath/Skor Bars (English toffee). Is it possible to make a “healthy” version of those?
That sounds like a delicious idea!!
Oh the peanut butter eggs and the cookie dough cups look SO delicious! Then again, ALL of these look delicious!
