These secretly vegan and healthy chocolate fudge balls, with just a few wholesome ingredients and no added sugar, are easy to make, completely delicious… and totally addictive!

This has been one of my most popular recipes with readers over the years, and for good reason.
If you’ve never heard of Fudge Babies, they’re basically raw and paleo chocolate truffles made without any added sugars, oil, or processed ingredients, and they’re pretty much impossible to stop eating.
The recipe is one of the easiest healthy desserts you’ll ever try.
Fudge Babies will always have a special place in my heart because, long before the Chickpea Cookie Dough Dip or the Black Bean Brownies came onto the scene, this was actually the first one of my recipes to ever go viral!
Fudge Babies come in all sorts of different flavors, such as Thin Mint, German Chocolate, and Chocolate Peanut Butter.
You can roll them into balls, cut out shapes with cookie cutters, or even form them into bars to make your own homemade Larabars, for a healthy snack any time you’re craving chocolate.
You can also roll them in coconut flour if you want to make your own homemade Larabar Bites.
And because they don’t need to be refrigerated, they’re great for any of the following:
Packing in a lunchbox
Making a batch to give as a gift
Shipping to family or friends
Taking as a healthy on-the-go snack
So why highlight the Fudge Babies again now?
Well first of all, the recipe is way too good to be lost in the archives.
If you have just 5 minutes, I highly recommend making a batch.
They are ridiculously fun to make and even more fun to eat.
Especially with Valentine’s Day around the corner, chocolate Fudge Babies are the perfect recipe, because they are both heart healthy and sinfully decadent and chocolatey at the same time.
But even more importantly: On February 21st, at noon EST, I’ll be making these fudge babies live in the studio at the USA Today Headquarters!

I included a few flavor variations below, but the sky really is the limit.
Have fun coming up with your own Fudge Baby flavors by adding ingredients such as chia seeds, almond extract, shredded coconut, instant coffee, or anything else you think sounds good.

Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts or nuts of choice – Or here’s a Nut-Free Version
- 1 1/3 cup pitted dates
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3-4 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
- optional just over 1/8 tsp salt
- optional mini chocolate chips
- optional add-ins such as chia seeds or shredded coconut
Instructions
- *If your dates are super hard, just soak them in boiling water for a half hour. Most regular grocery stores carry dates; just be sure to buy them pitted. I usually add the salt, but it’s your choice! Blend all ingredients in a food processor (or halve the recipe and use a single serve blender or mini chopper). When doing a full recipe, I’ve found that a food processor works much better than a blender because everything processes more evenly and the results are not a sticky mess. Roll into balls – I find it’s easiest to transfer the dough to a ziploc and smush it into one big ball, then break off pieces and roll into smaller balls. Feel free to dip in melted chocolate or roll in cocoa powder or shredded coconut or coconut flour. You can also form bars or even roll out the dough and cut shapes with cookie cutters! Do you think these fit in the category of liquids and gels or should I be able to take them on as food? I never know with American airport security – they scare me.

Ugh, airport security can be ridiculous, right? I mean, I know they have good intentions, but how on earth can, say, a jar of peanut butter be a dangerous item? Well… I guess it’s dangerous because it’s so easy to eat the whole jar and OD ;).
But to answer your question, I don’t see how anyone could classify the chocolate balls (or bars, if that’s how you choose to shape them) as liquids. They’re definitely solid.

My donut holes are just flax, maple, cocoa, vanilla.
But I also make my “raw vegan brownies” which I have tagged, but I make them in a sheet rather than bars…anyway, those are dates, walnuts, cocoa, agave. Very similar to these of yours, just how I shape them is a sheet not a ball. Cuz sometimes I am too impatient to roll into balls and just use bars instead 🙂

OMG these are delicious and my 6 year old loves them. I just made these twice this week. Once with walnut and once with almonds. I prefer the almonds. I mixed everything in my vitamix and then rolled into balls.

Katie! Thank you so much for this recipe! These are so good! I’m glad I took the risk and made them. I bought a Cuisinart just for this. When my girlfriend asked me what I was doing in the kitchen I replied, “I’m just makin’ Babies!”
Though walnut is my favorite furniture making wood I much prefer almonds with my chocolate. Here in southern California it seems we have 2 types of dates: Medjool and Deglet Noor. I recently came upon a very good price on the DN dates at our local warehouse grocery which put them at half the price of the Medjool. However the DNs are too dry to use by themselves. My solution is to use half Medjool and half DN. If the Medjools are especially sticky I can use a smaller ratio of Medjool. All other amounts in the recipe remain the same. Other tips: you will need to run the processor for a bit- until the mix starts to ball up. Also, roll between your palms while the mix is still warm.

You can easily figure it out: Just add up all the calories of each individual item. They’re pretty comparable, gram for gram, to regular larabars. Sorry I can’t offer you specific numbers. I CAN tell you that you shouldn’t feel as guilty indulging in these as you would a normal truffle made with cream cheese and other such ingredients. (That being said, don’t eat the whole recipe in one sitting if you’re on a diet lol!)

oh my goodness. these are delish! I made them 2 days in a row. Being vegan, I haven’t been able to enjoy most of the halloween candy my sister brought home. But who needs halloween candy when you have these babies! I made a variation with 2/3 walnuts and 1/3 golden flax seeds. They made these fudgy treats nice and crunchy. next time, I’m gonna add a packet of starbucks via. 😀 yummy!

If I had a vita mix I would make this recipe first. Add a little bit of coconut and a Tbsp of pumpking to smooth it out for a delicious treat. To finish you could roll them in cocoa nibs/coconut shavings. YUMMM!!!!!

I have never owned the proper equipment to make homemade ice cream, and I find the combination of lavender and chocolate to be heavenly. Where do I begin? I am torn between classic strawberry non-ice cream (made with frozen strawberries, rice milk, vanilla extract and agave—my 4 year old son LOVES making it with me and indulging in it, of course, but our blender turns it into a bit of a strawberry soup–not bad, but it could be better) or some serious vegetable soup. This looks like an awesome recipe, Katie. I’d love to try it, but I wonder if you could edit your post to add some preparation notes? I use a Vitamix (vitaprep 3) and I’m sure it can handle the dough, but is there a certain knack to blending these for optimal results? Like do you do the nuts first and then add the dates, or do you throw everything in at once? I know from my experiments with nut butters that having the right technique when using the blender makes ALL the difference. Anyway, I’d be grateful for any added prep info you (or your readers) could provide before I have a go at it.

You don’t need to worry about blending any one ingredient first. I just throw it all in at the same time (unless I’m making cookie dough bites and want the chips to remain un-blended).
I’ve actually never used the Vita for it; just the Magic Bullet. But a lot of others use their Vitas. I guess it’s a pretty forgiving recipe (i.e. it’s hard to mess up… you can’t go wrong with chocolate!).

Your Fudge Babies are PHENOMENAL. I’m on the Paleo diet, but struggle a lot with the temptation of sweets. These are a life saver! They’re so good, my husband, who also has quite a sweet tooth and is NOT doing the Paleo diet, asked me to make more for him! But I was wondering, is cocoa in line with the Paleo diet?

My adaptation is Carob Babies. I have been avoiding anything that produces the health issues I have been fighting. Hence, no chocolate. Carob is a great substitute. It made these babies the perfect sub for this former chocoholic! Just exchange the carob powder for the cocoa powder. Presto, a snack for the holidays I can eat guilt free!

I just love the fudge babies. I’m addicted totally. I crave them. I had to cut the recipe down to a single serving because I will sit and eat every bit of them. No Bullet, no food processor. Just chopped by hand. Tasted good but no where near as moist as yours look and wouldn’t hold together without added water. Also not shiny like yours. Any suggestions or is it just the result of doing by hand instead of machine?

Also, some types of dates are moister than others. I really like Delget Noor (sunmaid). But I know a lot of others use Medjool.

I tried these for the first time today after getting a kitchenaid food processor for Christmas. They were DELICIOUS! My processor had some issues breaking up the dates, but the ones I got were from a bulk section and pretty dry, today I went to the store and bought a bag and they have more moisture. They turned out amazing, I can’t wait to make your other varieties!

Haha I have thought about it a few times… but the thing is that it takes years to get a product line up and running successfully, and I also have zippo business experience. It’s a huge risk, because you could devote ten years of your life to it, only to find out that the product never reaches mainstream status in the end. But yeah, I still have thought about it. Right now I just have too much else to do, in terms of fun ideas for the future :).

Have you tried making a smoothie version out of this? I would probably use almond milk instead of walnut or cashew, with only a couple dates, vanilla extract, raw cacao, and some sunflower sprouts for protein, bananas for neurotransmitters, and an avocado for some healthy fat. Yum!!

I did try just cocoa powder and dates once. It’s completely different, and EXTREMELY sticky. But it’s still good in it’s own right. Not nearly as good as with the nuts though. Do you have nut butter?

I forgot to tell you I made these! These were the first things I found on your blog and I made the hot cocoa version, but I actually followed the measurements from another blog with the same recipe (http://thecopycatcook.wordpress.com/2010/09/06/cocoa-nibbles/) since I didn’t want to use my scale and I had to tell you how much I liked them! Definitely! They will keep for a few weeks if you leave them out of the fridge, they’ll keep for a few months in the fridge, and they’ll probably keep even longer in the freezer!

Awesome! I have made the original recipe twice now. Added shredded coconut to the batter, then ground some almonds added more shredded coconut and rolled the balls into the coconut/almond mixture. These look amazing! I’ve just started eating Larabars which are chewy bars (similar to Clif) that are made entirely of raw food with usually 4 ingredients or less. I love how dates can become such a great naturally sweetener. I will definitely be making these, so thanks 🙂

I just made these for the second time and my two year old says they’re better than the wheat/condensed milk version we usually buy from our local cafe! A very new convert, I am so happy to have found your blog. I’m now slowly trying to convert my white flour loving husband into a Katie-treats-eater… So far, so good!
When I tried these the first time I didn’t have dates so used sultanas (raisins) and didn’t have walnuts so used pecans and then rolled them in coconut – they were good too!

I was showing my mom your blog while we were making the Genius Blondies and she pointed to the Fudge Babies on the side of the page, saying, “Wow, I want those.”
So while the blondies were in the oven, I kept the food processor out and made Fudge Babies for the first time…. Delicious! We used this organic raw cacao powder that my mom had around, which made them extra fudgey! We’re in heaven. 🙂

My wife and I have started a paleo diet and she was hankering for something chocolate. A friend pointed me here. I made these today. I made two batches and each had their issues. In the store I was deciding between the sun made dried pitted dates or the organic from the bulk section dates. The sun made ones seemed much harder that the organic bulk ones. So I bought the organic ones. Put my first batch in my food processor and the processor couldnt handle the gumminess of the dates and almonds. Had to put them in the blender and use the chop function. I popped one on and ow my gosh soo good! But crack! I chomped down on an almond, or so I thought. It was a pit. The organic ones were not pitted! Oops! So when rolling the balls I discarded any un chopped peices and most were pits. I decided to eat these myself as even the smaller chopped pits are like biting rocks… I let my wife have batch 2 noted below. Oh well. Second batch: I removed the pits this time, yay, an then I over chopped the batch and it blended smooth and the “batter” was hot. I let it cool down. Rolled them out and they look like brownie batter. Cant see the almonds in them! Oh well, they tasted good but I am missing that crunch from the almonds. I think since I used dry unsalted almonds, I didn’t get some of the oils from the raw walnuts the recipe called for. So I put in on table spoon of extra virgin coconut oil to give it a little more smoothness so they were not tooo dry. Next time I try this I should do better.

Hi Kara! Mine always come out super-soft, but it definitely depends on the type of dates you use. By any chance, can you find SunMaid ates by you? They’d be in the section of the store where they sell raisins and dried fruit, and they come in a red bag. They will yield a very soft, sticky dough.

All I could find was Dole. I think I may try adding more. It’s very crumbly, which actually I keep taking bites of and thinking it’d be good in yogurt! So maybe I’ll keep it like this and then try some new ones! Thanks! 🙂

I made fudge babies today, and ended up adding another 2/3 cup dates, not for sweet but for sticky. I also drizzles in some agave. If you ended up with drier dates, is that what would you have done? Or do you have another ingredient suggestion?
Also, once it was sticking together enough, I added a handful of oats and some mini chocolate chips, and it tastes a lot like the dough to a cookie recipe my mom made a lot for double chocolate oatmeal cookies. Much better than I expected!

I’ve never had the problem of drier dates… I cannot recommend the sunmaid ones highly enough! They are super-sticky! 🙂
If you absolutely can’t find anything stickier, maybe try soaking the dates a little, before blending?

I just have to share a funny story. My 9 year old son is a budding chef. He is pretty serious about it, too. I have made your fudge babies in the past and he loves them. Well, yesterday, he was determined that we would make them once again. So we pulled out the food processor and pulsed away. While he was rolling them into balls, I was on your blog reading out the different flavors you have come up with. He is in the kitchen just about drooling. Finally he says, “Who is this girl? I want to marry her! How old is she, anyhow?” I told him that I believe you are in your 20s. “Oh,” he says, “Well, I like her recipes.”

I made the larabar cashews too and while they’re a bit too sweet for every day snacking (what i wanted them for) they are delicious as dessert for me!!!

I just found this website from Money Saving Mom and OMG you are amazing!! We switched to whole foods about 2 months ago and the thing that has pained me the most is not eating chocolate. We don’t do chocolate chips but do cocoa, but I hadn’t found any good recipes. This site is like dying and going to heaven! I just scoured till I found a recipe I had all the stuff for, this one! IT WAS AMAZING!! I may or may not have eaten a bunch straight out of my processor then put the rest in a little tupperwear and hid it in the back of the fridge where my kids can’t find it : )

I don’try not to list particular brands for ingredients in my recipes because I know people have different brands on hand, and people also have different needs. But if someone wants these to be raw, then they can use raw cocoa powder as you said. I label all my recipes as “vegan” too, but that doesn’t mean it’s stopping someone who doesn’t share my ethical beliefs from using non-vegan chocolate chips or milk.
Some good brands of raw cocoa powder include Navitas Naturals and Truly Raw. Sorry for the confusion! And thanks for the comment… I’m not a raw foodist, so if you ever see me labeling something as “raw” that isn’t, definitely let me know my mistake so I can fix it :).

Oh my word, these are delicious!!!! I made them with cashews and rolled it all flat with a rolling pin between wax paper. Looks like fudge and tastes even better. I can’t believe something that yummy has all the great nutrients from the nuts and dates! I made it in the vitamix, but it was having a bit of a rough time. I think I need to invest in a good food processor. You like the magic bullet? Does it work well for these recipes?

It does work well for smaller versions (such as my Raw Macaroons or Cashew Cookie Fudge Babies). For these, I’d probably make a smaller batch so the bullet could handle it. (Also, I use SunMaid dates, which are much softer than regular medjools.)
For this recipe, I really like my Cuisinart.

Kim, I use organic dates from my co-op, which are apparently drier than Sunmaid dates. So I add a little water while I’m grinding everything in the food processor until the mixture changes from crumbly to the consistency of a stiff dough.

They are very addicting so I have to limit myself to making them only once a week because otherwise I’ll over-indulge (literally quadruple the recipe). Best dessert ever! There are a lot of similar-sounding recipes for “date-ball”-type things but they are seriously weird and I wouldn’t try them. I finally tried making them and they’re fantastic! I just want to share: I don’t own a food processor so I put the dates in a shallow dish with a bit of water and stick it in the microwave to soften them, then I mash them with a fork. And for the nuts, I chop them very finely. Thanks for coming up with such a great recipe!

I think that one of the most important things that anyone should do (as far as diet goes) is to get rid of the excessive sugar. I’ve been working on that for years. I cut sugar in half then in quarters in most of the recipes that I use. And even better would be to substitute other sweeteners like agave or maple syrup, or best choice is dates or other dried fruit. Good for you, Katie, for coming up with these recipes and sharing them with others! Thank you.

I adore these things so much, I have been making them by the tub load ever since I found them! Today I got a bit sneaky and put in half a zucchini and (about) a teaspoon of agave. Then blended and blended till it was like chocolate truffle mix, then I rolled the balls in cocoa/coconut/almond slivers. Freaking love! My mum liked them better then the original (until I told her about the zucchini and then she just looked vey unimpressed lol! More for me then.

I have made these, along with having made home made lara bars, and the chocolate & nuts reminds me of the outer coating of a candy bar I used to really enjoy called a Twin Bing. The outside is chocolate with tiny chunks of nuts- and the inside has a chewy (but not sticky) cherry nougat filling. I got to daydreaming about recreating a vegan version of this candy bar & searched for Twin Bing copy-cat recipes online. The recipes I found that seemed like they’d give the right consistency to the nougat used marshmallows & cherry flavored baking morsels(chips) to make a fudge. I thought I’d found my key to success- until I realized all the cherry morsels I look up contain dairy. Seems as though I’d have to come up with something totally from scratch involving imitation cherry flavor? I don’t know if I’m up to the task, but I hear that YOU like a challenge 😉

I’ve tried MANY of your recipes and love ALL of them, but never tried this one before until a couple of days ago (I don’t like the 2 main ingredients, dates or walnuts, so I figured what’s the point). I made a batch for my husband and … well, between my 4 year old daughter and I, we finished the batch (my husband only got 2)! You’re right, these are WAY better than anything you can buy! Oh, and I ran out of dates making the second batch, so I subbed prunes for part of the dates and it worked well! Thanks so much for making another AMAZING recipe!

Hey Katie! I used to make these all these time with a cheap little food processor I had and they always turned out great! Now I have a Black and Decker food processor, works great for everything except when I make this recipe now, it never turns to dough. 🙁 it’s all crumbs! So I tried putting a bit of liquid in it to give it some moisture but they just aren’t the same… Am I doing something wrong? How could I fix this?

The moisture comes from oil that will come out of the nuts. You need to squeeze the sandy dough together to make it stick. If it’s too dry, you may need to process it longer, or process the nuts separately before adding other ingredients. But don’t over process, or you will have an oily mess! These should be illegal. I just want to say: holy freaking hell these things are insanely easy, delicious and satisfying. They are NOT something you should attempt if you’re hungry because you will not, I repeat you WILL NOT even make it to the forming balls stage. I used fresh dates (not sure if there really is a difference). Honestly, I would want these for my last meal.

Made these tonight for first time as I had a chocolate craving and no sweets in the house and had dates in my fridge from a different recipe I had decided not to make last week…and oh my goodness, these are delicious. I made in my Magic Bullet. I did have to add a little water to help it mix but came out great.
BTW, I assume these need to be refridgerated…if not, please add to your recipe…particularly as fridge space is at a premium near holiday time!

Yum! I made the cashew version and added 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract. They taste like Girl Scouts Thin Mints! I crunched the numbers to get the WW points values: I used a melon baller and got 9 servings, which comes out to 1 point per serving. But be careful, if you only divide the dough 8 ways, it comes out to 2 points!

Even better than I remembered them from the first time around. However I changed a few things which made them work for ME a bit better:
– I blended the walnuts first until most of them were a powder, but a few good lumps were left.
– I added about a tbs of water at the end of blending
– I rolled each one in the 4th tbs of cocoa powder mixted with a bit of Splenda.
This made them more like little fudge balls for me 🙂

These are awesome. I ground up some Trader Joe’s freeze-dried raspberries and added 2 tablespoons of the powder. Try that for a nice pop. Could probably add more but I wanted to save some powder for my camping hot chocolate!

I love these. I tried the recipe with prunes instead (less sugar than dates). They have a strong flavor, and I was able to temper it with another tbls of cocoa. Mine didn’t get dry with the addition because the prunes are quite soft and gooey.

I had been considering making these for the longest time but was a bit sceptic all that they would really be as good as you said and never had dates around until finally today I picked up package of pitted dates at whole foods and decided to make these fudge babies. Oh my was I glad I did! The were AMAZING! They are so intensely chocolatey and brownie like, even the texture is like brownies. The only big differences between these and brownies are that these are much healthier and only take even a very slow cook like me five minutes to make!

I Followed your recipe to a T, but right now…my fudge balls don’t form into a ball because it’s more of a dry manure texture? 1 cup of walnuts, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt, 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder, and I used a cup and 1/3 of pitted dates that weren’t sunmaid…don’t know if that’s the problem, but I’m highly frustrated and have two bags of idk-what-to-with sitting in my fridge..not sure how to fix it.

Hi Katie! I just learned from “eleana’s pantry” blog that you are the originator of the fudge baby recipe so I wanted to thank you. My son made these for his class while in middle school when he did a self directed food project on healthy eating. The whole class and the teacher went wild for them and asked him to do his presentation (with fudge babies) for other classes. It was a so fun for him to pass along a healthy non-sugar idea to kids. He was a star for awhile at school and had all the kids reading labels at home and asking questions! So we are going to make them again as he is in second year of high school and needs to bring a treat to class for his birthday next week, so you will be glad to know that we continue to pass along this favorite idea! I love these! I like to play around with the amounts and I think my (and my family’s) favorite way of making these is to do part this recipe, part recipe for the chocolate peanut butter. So it’s a mix of dates and raisins, walnuts and peanuts, peanut butter, dark cocoa, and vanilla. I find it’s often too dry to stick together so I add a bit of honey.

I am a Fudge Baby addict. I am really lucky because here in Montreal I am able to buy Cedar Pressed Dates so when I open the package, it is already a sticky carmel-like consistency. I use a whole package (around 2 packed cups) with 2 cups of walnuts, lots of dark organic cocao, vanilla, salt and I pulverise in the food processor. Then I squish it into a brownie pan, put in the fridge to set, then cut into squares…..exactly like fudge or brownies ……… super amazing!!!! I’ve turned many friends onto making them as well!!!

Oh my god! I’ve been struggling to find healthy recipes that actually taste delicious and this recipe was PERFECT! I actually tried to stop myself from having more than one because I was convinced they were rich, unhealthy chocolate fudge truffles. But then I remembered they are HEALTHY (and have the best name)! Katie, thank you!! I work in a hospital laboratory and it’s currently Lab Week. Also known as National Medical Laboratory Professionals Week. Anyway, all week long, the lab is showered with goodies. Each day someone (usually the company of some of the machines we use) brings in something special. We’ve had a Mexican day, Pizza day, ice cream day, etc. Unfortunately for me, I decided to take on a special diet last week and I can’t have any of it! So what did I do? Make a huge batch of fudge babies! Which I then split into thirds and left some at cashew cookie, some hot cocoa, and some peppermint hot cocoa. They totally help me get through the day!! When I’m craving a brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce, I have a fudge baby or two and I’m satisfied 🙂 In love. Thanks again, Katie! By the way, sorry for being long-winded.

OMG just made these for the first time, they smell amazing! I had to put them straight in the freezer, otherwise I was in danger of eating the whole lot right out of the mixing bowl!

I have been meaning to make these for ages, and when I finally got my food processor, I knew this would be among the first recipes I would need to try. Words cannot express how enthralled I am to be able to create such amazing, guilt-free, amazingly chocolatey balls of fudginess! I have made these twice now, and just made them for a third time, but completely different… Instead of dates I used half dried peaches and half dried cranberries (because that’s what I had in the cupboard) and I used brazil nuts and almonds for the nut portion. No cocoa, rolled in coconut (which I also did for the original recipe, but is more vital for this new version, as the mix has come out quite sticky). They are DELICIOUS. Do recommend trying different fruit and nut combinations!

OMG my toddler cant get enough of these (and me too)! I make these in a vitamix. Has anyone else noticed that the walnut oil separates out? I do blend the heck out of these so it tastes just like soft tootsie rolls and pour the few tbsp of oil off.

I’m going to use these for a valentines treat for my boyfriend. But I think I’ll make one of all your variations… definitely the peanut butter ones!!! Kind of like a healthy alternative to the standard chocolate heart. Thank you for the inspiration!!! Oh and btw I had to make them ten minutes after stumbling on them. They are fantastic!!!! I was so excited to try this recipe because I ADORE chocolate and dates!
Unfortunately my Breville food processor couldn’t manage the dates. I don’t know if it was because the dates were too hard or the food processor not strong enough. I was so dissappointed! 🙁

I’m making these fudge babies for some friends for Christmas (their kids have a laundry list of allergies, and these are a rare safe treat!).
Question: Should I refrigerate them? I’ve just made them, but it will be a couple of days before I can deliver them.

I made these and they came out too crumbly to roll into balls. Is there something I could add to make them stick together better?

You just need to process longer, because then the nuts will release their natural oils and get all sticky 🙂

Always enjoy perusing your recipe selection and have tried some too! With the fudge babies variations, do I add it to the whole batch of dough/batter or divide the dough and add the variations?

For the variations, just ignore the original recipe completely and only use the amounts and ingredients listed in the variation you’re making 🙂
