Made the cheesecake for an early family Easter celebration yesterday. So delicious! Didn’t change a thing, just served with a mixed berry sauce by blending berries, lemon juice, water, and a touch of maple syrup.

Oh happy day !!!! A lemon loaf recipe that I can eat not feel guilty for 2 weeks !!!! I honestly don’t care for Starbucks loaf – it needs to be way more lemony for my taste and I find it to be dry. Not worth it for 500 cals !!!!
I am going to make this decadent loaf on Sunday !!! You have no idea how excited I am. I’m on a weight loss journey as well and I do love my treats. I log all of my food as well so knowing that this loaf can fit in to my health plan, makes me want to do jumping jacks (cardio and fitbit steps…yahoo)
