Needed to get rid of some Halloween candy, made this recipe using Adams PB, 1/4 cup of maple syrup (not half cup) and added in 8 single serving packs of Reese’s pieces! Sooooo good! Can always count on Chocolate covered Katie to have the recipe I’m looking for!!

I love these cookies! I used natural peanut butter, organic rolled oats, and real Vermont maple syrup with organic coconut oil. I will be making them again. Think I’ll try some dark chocolate chips next batch.

Really easy and tasty . Put in fridge set up

  6. Bill says:

I was wondering if I can substitute applesauce for the butter or oil as my now diet says no dairy and only olive oil should be used. This is for the no bake peanut butter cookies. Thank you.

Helped with my cravings of needing something sweet at night. They’re also very good with morning coffee. I used natural peanut butter so I kept them in the freezer because they were soft in the fridge. Delicious and quick recipe.
