How to make your own healthy chocolate chip protein chipwich ice cream sandwiches, with over 45 grams of protein each!

Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt (vegan brands work too)
- 1/2 cup sweetener of choice
- 1 batch Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies or these Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies (or cookies of choice)
Instructions
- Make the cookies, let cool, then store in the freezer. Whisk yogurt and sweetener. If you have an ice cream maker, pour the mix into the machine and process according to your machine’s directions. (If not using an ice cream maker, place the mixture in the freezer. Stir the contents every half hour for two or three hours total.) Spread about a fourth cup of frozen yogurt onto a cookie, top with a second cookie, and freeze for an hour or until the yogurt filling is no longer melty.Each finished protein chipwich will contain over 45 grams of protein!
