Some of my favorites growing up were chewy granola bars, Chips Ahoy cookies, chocolate pretzel Flipz, Pocky and Koalas when I lived in Japan, Mounds Bars or Almond Joys, Dunkaroos, and Teddy Grahams (only the chocolate ones, of course!).

    OMG! The chocolate chip peanut butter bars, vegan brownies, Paleo brownie bars, banana bread, and peanut butter cookies look fabbbbbbb! I will say, when it comes to snacks, I stick with the classics. Fresh fruit, raw veggies, baked sweet potato, protein shakes, and even a bowl of cereal!

    I have a makeover request: Little Debbie Apple Flips or Pumpkin Delights (same thing, different filling). Now THOSE were MY favorites, and a sign that fall was on its way!

    So I don’t know if this actually qualifies as a snack recipe but if you don’t already have one, I’d love to see a recipe for vegan ice box cake (I’m not sure if that’s what everyone calls it so just in case, the traditional recipe I’m talking about goes something like this: alternating layers of graham crackers and a pudding/cool whip type mixture with chocolate frosting on top). I know there are probably vegan versions of pudding mixes and cool whip I could buy and make this vegan but a more redeeming/healthy recipe that actually has the same taste and texture would be awesome!
