    Wish you would include recipes for Diabetic’s. My husband loves Cheesecake. The kind using Sweetened Condensed Milk, especially. I don’t know what I can use in the place of the milk. Can you help? Also, could you print some other dessert recipes for Diabetics? Thank you. Normalea

      I’m not Katie, but many of her recipes are Diabetic-friendly! 🙂
      Just use a granulated sugar-free sweetener alternative that he can have in the recipes that call for sugar. I’ve had good luck with xylitol.
