Im honest and not an ass kisser, your new layout sucks.
I absolutely love your recipes…you are so very talented. I’ve tried a good handful of chocolate-y ones and they always turn out great! The new site looks wonderful…you should have some GF DF companies knocking on your door to advertise on your blog!
I do miss the “list” of linked recipes that was easy to see a lot of recipes at once instead of having to go to each and every page. Maybe you still have them listed somewhere and I just haven’t found? Good luck to you and keep the recipes coming!

It does still exist, although I won’t be updating it with future recipes: https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/chocolate-covered-recipes/snackity-snacks/
I love your blog! I’m so happy I found it! I’m not very good at making up recipes…i think a lemon poppyseed boatmeal recipe would be devine! ( if you are looking for suggestions hehe)
I really like your new recipe page, it’s great!
Just so you know, you are my hero. Seriously. I don’t think there’s anything you can’t do! On a more serious note, thank you so much. I have been struggling with an eating disorder for a bit, and your recipes have provided a wonderful transition to recovering eating.
Aw thanks, Sonia. And good luck with your recovery!

A co-worker brought Fudge Babies to work! Now I am hooked. I have spent all week peeking around your site. I am a “chocoholic” and proud of it! Now I have a healthier way to satisfy my sweet tooth! Amazing recipes. Question: Do you use whole pitted dates or are chopped dates OK to use? Thanks and keep creating……
I have never used chopped… but honestly I don’t see why they wouldn’t work!
Love the site! I’ve started making atlease one recipe from here every day, and I’ve started loosing weight, feeling healthier, and working better. I rrecomend more recipes using green tea. I was also wondering what your favorite recipe is so far?
Oh wow, that is hard to answer! But… maybe the chocolate bar pie. And the pb cookie dough cookies. 🙂
You are my hero!! I’ve been struggling with eating problems for a while and finally decided to seek treatment a few months ago, and your recipes have been amazing in helping me adjust to normalized eating!! Thank you so much!
your blog is my new obsession! more chocolate peppermint recipes, please!!!
if you put a LITTLE bit of mint extract into a chocolate recipe you can have chocolate-mint anything you want! emphasis on a LITTLE… if you add any more than like 1/4 or 1/2 tsp i think your tastebuds are going to die from mintyness
as someone who has a history of a binge/starve cycle, i appreciate these recipes. they help me indulge without going too overboard.
the diy chocolate has me addicted. i will have to get a new jar of coconut oil soon
oh shoot. sorry, i accidentally posted it as a reply lol. sorry to the innocent mint lover who has to hear my life story
I just found your website today, and I have been sooo excited ever since! I wanted to let you know what a blessing this website is going to be, I seem to be suffering from a serious sugar allergy and have decied to cut out out all refined sugar from my diet, it has been really hard, but after reading through your website I feel so encourage to continue on with my LOVE of food just in a new way (I am 19 year old foody, lol!!).
So thanks once again, can’t wait to get into the kitchen!!
I’ve very recently swapped over to GF and removed white sugar from my diet and have found this change to be much easier with wonderful recipes such as yours. Thank you very much for making and maintaining this website. I’ve also “liked” your FB page and reposted the recipes of yours that I’ve already tried or plan to try very soon.
Love your recipes, love you new look! i really enjoy baking and better if is sugar free, thanks for sharing! xoxo from Cancun
Hi Katie, I really enjoy your site. Do you have any ideas for a gluten free vegan (low calorie) Irish Soda Bread… as a good Irish girl I miss the bread, but my attempts have fallen short. It came to me that you would be the right girl to ask help from. Thanks!
I found this on the site: https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/03/11/irish-soda-bread-oatmeal-cake/

Hey Katie I love you site! Can you perhaps make a low calorie eclair recipe!?!?!
Hi Katie! Just wanted to drop by to say thank you for including your main dish ideas! While I’m a Katie Junkie, loving your other recipes, I also unfortunately need to incorporate non-dessert foods – LOL. Thanks again for all your efforts, and I look forward to the cookbook!
I can’t believe that I’ve only just found this site. As a vegan with a sweet tooth (and not great cooking skills!) this site is like heaven. So many tasty vegan recipes, and easy to make too. Perfect! I don’t know which one I want to try first!
So far I have made the German Chocolate Cake and the Peanut Butter gingerbread cookies and they are amazing!! I was wondering if you would recommend a substitution for tofu in your recipes? I’m not vegan and I’m not too sure how easy tofu is to get here in England. Could cream cheese replace the tofu?
i don’t claim to be an expert on this, but i’d bet you yogurt would work. i’ve subbed in yogurt for tofu in one of her recipes and it came out fine
Hey Katie I love your site. I was wondering how your blog came to be so big and popular.
I also love your photos . What type of camera do you use?
Thanks a bunch!
She uses a Canon rebel according to her faq page.
I agree with louise. I don’t do tofu
My friend showed me your blog and now I am simply hooked! As a college student, it’s so hard to eat healthy but you definitely have brightened my outlook! Thanks so much for these lovely recipes! 🙂

I just found your site and I am so excited I might cry. I was trying to figure out how I could live without chocolate after some needed changes to my lifestyle and I am SO glad that I don’t have to- thanks to you!
I’m in love………………..
I really like your site. Your pictures are a perfect size with all your recipes looking yummy. I’m looking forward to trying them on my Grandchildren.
Just found your blog. I’m so happy. I love baking but since my husband and I recently did a complete 180 on our bad eating habits, it’s been so hard to find good recipes that I can get my bake on with. There are so many good ones here I don’t know what to try first. Any suggestions/favourites?
The chocolate bar pie! Or the crustless pumpkin pie!
