Or substitute an equal amount of coconut cream or the thick part at the top of canned coconut milk for southern banana pudding dip with no cream cheese.
Most neutral all purpose types of liquid, granulated, or powdered sugar are fine to use, including pure maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar, or erythritol or a monk fruit blend for a sugar free banana pudding dip.
Make sure to go with pure vanilla extract, because imitation vanilla flavor will impart an artificial aftertaste.
