Hi Katie,
Thank you for your posts! I had an idea, and I wondered if you had a recipe for an edible pumpkin cookie dough? I recently made one, but I’m not Vegan, so the ingredients may not apply to those who are. I thought, given your post about pumpkin recipes, that perhaps you’d consider making an edible pumpkin-flavored cookie dough. I’d imagine the recipe would be similar to an unbaked version of your pizookie pie (pumpkin-flavored) or perhaps your banana-flavored cookie dough, but I thought I’d make the suggestion. If you have a recipe already, I apologize for the suggestion. Hopefully, it’s not too presumptuous.
Kind regards,
Lauren

Hi! She has one and is hoping to post it next week but it might have to wait until next year because of how few days there are now until Thanksgiving. You can definitely just make either the pizookie or these blondies and not bake them (and omit baking powder) for a pumpkin cookie dough dip! https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2016/09/12/pumpkin-blondies-chocolate-chip-vegan/

Hello Katie!
I just love pumpkin spice and I was wondering if you were thinking of making a pumpkin slice mug cake recipe anytime soon 😉

*spice
Jason Sanford says
Try this one, just replace the applesauce with pumpkin and add a little pumpkin pie spice? https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2013/05/13/single-serving-chocolate-chip-cake-in-a-mug/

I also had the same problem. I just bought the ebook and cannot find the vegan cream cheese pumpkin swirl bread either!

Hi Jessica, email us (chocolatecoveredmedia at gmail) and let us know the email address you used to get the book so we can send the bonus recipes out manually to ensure it gets to you. Sorry for the trouble; sometimes it gets caught in a spam filter when it sends out automatically, but you are definitely entitled to the bonus pack!

I’ve made your crustless pumpkin pie time and time again and I LOVE it. The pumpkin chocolate cake, banana bread, workout brownies, cinnamon rolls, and pumpkin bars are probably such winners! I do know they all are already! 😀

Do you know anything about this? Could it be true?

Haven’t heard that before, but in pretty much any recipe (at least all recipes we’ve tried), butternut squash or sweet potato can be subbed in an equal amount for pumpkin and it will still work just as well either way!
