    I am making your Banana Ice Cream for my children and myself, Coconut Ice Cream for my husband. Tomorrow i will try to make Chocolate Almond Butter Quinoa Breakfast Cups, from the book, for the first time, and i will frost them with the avocado frosting from the Avocado Key Lime Pie Tart recipe, because we love it and even my avocado hating husband likes it. 🙂 And I plan to make the Black Bean Brownies, but i make them with garbanzo beans 🙂 and dates, or maybe i wil make your No Sugar Cookie Dough Dip, I haven’t decided yet. And I also plan to make M&Ms again, last time I coated them with coconut oil mixed with crushed freeze dried strawberries, because I had to make them right away and didn’t have coconut butter. Thank you Katie for all the healthy recipes. 😀
