Could you please add the other nondessert to non-dessert recipes? You have lots of nondessert recipes that are still not in there, and are hard to find! I looove your Chinese spaghetti squash but its so hard to find because it’s not in nondessert along with sleepy sweet potatoes! It would really mean a lot if you went through your website and placed the nondessert recipes in this category! Thanks! 🙂

How do you make your macaroni and cheese? I don’t like any of the fake cheeses I’ve tried. My kids like the macaroni I make but I don’t.
    Thanks!

P.S. We are addicted to your Deep Dish Cookie Pie. We just call it bean pie for short and my kids request it constantly. I increase the recipe (three cans of beans), spread it into a cake pan and cut them into squares for the kids school lunches. We all agree that they are best when warm, though. (But no school lunch is complete without some sort of cookie!)

Hello, Katie. I am big on counting calories & gave up brownies, among other good stuff, years & years ago. I recently tried to find Internet inspiration for using my diet hot chocolate mix in recipes, & of course all signs pointed me to your site. This is absolutely incredible – a true slice of happiness for a dessert-deprived dieter! Until now, I would just have (literally) a sliver of pecan pie on occasion, & speaking of, I’d love to see what you could do to make THAT healthier. I am a big fan of simple ingredients and easy, easy directions, & this site is the holy grail for that as well. Looking forward to following your posts, Miss Genius Chef!

I love this website and it inspires so much of my cooking – I am a very new vegan so the desserts help me to not crave!! What category are the waffle recipes in? Thanks 🙂

I’ve only recently found the “chocolatecoveredkatie” website & ordered your new cookbook. I gave up processed food for lent and hope to make it a lifestyle. I’ve already made many of your recipes with great success. I’ve made several without telling my teenage boys that they were “healthy”. They scarfed them all down.
Thank you so much for working so hard to use your gifts & talents to help others ! You are truly making a difference!! Keep up the great work 🙂
