Made the cheesecake for an early family Easter celebration yesterday. So delicious! Didn’t change a thing, just served with a mixed berry sauce by blending berries, lemon juice, water, and a touch of maple syrup.

Whoah– a Hersheys marshmallow egg? I didn’t even know that was a thing! Where have I been living? It looks amazing (!!!!!) 🙂

Oh happy day !!!! A lemon loaf recipe that I can eat not feel guilty for 2 weeks !!!! I honestly don’t care for Starbucks loaf – it needs to be way more lemony for my taste and I find it to be dry. Not worth it for 500 cals !!!!

I am going to make this decadent loaf on Sunday !!! You have no idea how excited I am. I’m on a weight loss journey as well and I do love my treats. I log all of my food as well so knowing that this loaf can fit in to my health plan, makes me want to do jumping jacks (cardio and fitbit steps…yahoo)

    Cheers 🙂
